Jamey Wheeler joined the Montana State Fund in 2005 as a Safety Management Consultant. She arrived with experience in providing safety and health regulatory compliance, accident prevention, and claims management to various manufacturing industries. She worked namely in the dry milling, meatpacking / rendering, and mine equipment manufacturing industries. She has also served as a Safety and Health Specialist for a private consulting firm where she assisted a broad range of industries and municipalities in their safety efforts. In each position, Jamey’s focus is accident prevention through effective safety management systems and utilization of cost containment methods should an accident occur. Jamey has also assisted company’s in writing and implementing safety programs, developing safety procedures, leading safety committees and creating employee involvement, conducting safety audits and corrective action plans, performing ergonomic analysis, developing training programs, and managing workers’ compensation. Jamey earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health with emphasis on science and engineering from Montana Tech of the University of Montana. She is currently the Professional Development Coordinator for the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) Big Sky Chapter. She has also served a term as President and Past President for the Chapter. She is a Board Certified Safety Professional (CSP). Jamey continually seeks and promotes professional development to help better serve employers and employees alike in the state of Montana.

J. R. Concepcion is a hands-on and dedicated professional with seven years of combined experience in automotive parts, electronics, and construction equipment manufacturing. J.R. has managed site risk prevention programs for companies like Seagate Technologies, Volvo Construction Equipment and Lydall Thermal Acoustical. He has also advised senior management team, ensuring the organization's adherence to Injuries and Illnesses Prevention Plans. J.R. has participated in accident prevention forums, project groups, and risk management initiatives at site, regional and corporate levels. He has been responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance as well as conformance with national and international standards. J.R. holds a True Lean Manufacturing Certificate from University of Kentucky. He also earned a Bachelors of Science (BS) in Environmental Resource Management from California State University, a Bachelors of Science (BS) in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and a Masters of Science (MS) in Human Factors and Ergonomics from San Jose State University. In 2012, he was a recipient of the Rising Stars of Safety Award from the National Safety Council and recently received an honorable mention at the Award for Innovation in Occupational Safety Management from the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE). He is a current member of the Executive Board at the ASSE Triad Chapter in North Carolina.

Cory Worden is currently the Manager of System Safety for the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System in Houston, Texas, and holds a Master of Science in Occupational Health and Safety. Cory is a CSP, CSHM, CHSP, REM, and CESCO and has worked in the development, implementation, and management of Safety, Health, Environmental, Emergency Management, and Training programs for over ten years and has a wealth of experience in the military, manufacturing, municipal government, and healthcare.
